The New Bover Nans Collection

Joana Bover wanted to make an outdoor/indoor product for a long time. A versatile product that you can take from inside to outside and from outside to inside. She was particularly interested in finding another way to compose the weave. To open and close and to incorporate colour. The result is Bover's new 'Nans' collection.

The Nans collection seamlessly adapts to any environment, whether a sophisticated bar, outdoor patio, cosy bedroom or beachfront garden. It is whimsical, romantic and stylish, ideal for the Caribbean, whether domestic or hospitality. The versatility of this collection is beyond compare.

In keeping with the ethos, the name comes from Cala Nans, an idyllic, totaly unspoiled corner of the Mediterranean. A small, quiet cove made up of pebbles, rocks and very calm waters, accessible only by footpath or sea and a journey shares exquisite views, interrupted only by bird calls and the sounds of the ocean.

With Nans, she wanted to highlight the lampshades' craftsmanship with a different way of weaving, combining different colours and formats to give a magical effect and create a true Mediterranean style, whether pendant, fixed or portable.

Passionate about design and craftsmanship, Bover lamps are a tribute to the Mediterranean light and lifestyle. Bover was born on napkin sketches made by Joana Bover for the project of an architect friend. Despite the company's continued growth of the company; she has maintained its original vision, pursuing the right balance between contemporary design and timelessness.
