the drive, entrance area and the terrace and beach areas to the rear of the property. 

The lighting schematic was designed using a three tiered concept to accommodate the wide variety of uses; in residence, in residence with guests and maximum impact ‘party’ lighting.  Coloured lamps were also used in the beach and sea lighting areas to create a calm ambience.  A combination of Trac Metal Halide flood lighting, Hunza low voltage copper lighting and KIM brass fixtures were used to achieve the desired effect and minimize energy usage.
